The firm was founded in 1991, and with its affiliates has grown to over 400 employees who assist customers with their financing and investing needs.   • Institutional Capital Markets is engaged in fixed income sales and trading as well as other value-added fixed income services. We sell taxable and tax-exempt securities nationwide utilizing relationships we have established with our network of contacts, including life and casualty insurance companies, commercial banks, trust departments, asset managers and other institutions.
